If you want to be reminded of something that happens in a regular interval every n days with starting and ending date, then you need to make a Cyclic event. Cyclic events are: girlfriend's period, taking of eye lenses every 5 days, etc. In this example, event is about to happen every 28 days (with no alarm set) from 01.02.1999 to 31.12.2100 (a nice way to say "forever"). On that day, and every of 7 days before (Days Notice = 7) you will get warning of upcoming event in Viewer. This is private event so it needed to be password protected to stay hidden from other people.
