1. Distribution
This shareware software may be freely distributed, provided that such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by Encode Team. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive. If you believe Reminder is valuable and useful, please give it to anyone else you think would be interested, and encourage him or her to register his or her copy.
2. License
Encode Team offers single, corporate and site licensing for Reminder. These licenses provide Internet E-Mail support and free minor upgrades to Reminder (if you download upgrades yourself). There is no time limit for this support, but this can be changed without notice.
2.1 Single License
Single user registration fee will license one copy of Reminder for use on a single computer. All prices are in US dollars.

2.2 Site License
Encode Team will provide a single distribution, which may be installed on the number of licensed systems for use by no more than the licensed number of users at any given time.

If you already have a license, and later on you want to buy license for more users, you only have to pay the difference between new and old license.
2.3 Corporate License
This license offers use of Reminder on unlimited computers in the licensed organization. Encode Team will provide distribution for up to ten (10) sites, each of which may be installed on as many machines as desired, or placed on internal company networks. Encode Team reserves the right to limit the scope of the definition of "organization."

3. Evaluation (Unregistered) and Registered User Agreement
By receiving and/or using Encode Team software, you accept the following Evaluation and Registered User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Encode Team and the purchasers, users or evaluators of Encode Team's software and products. If you do not intend to honor this agreement, remove all installed Encode Team's software from your computer now.
You may evaluate the shareware program for maximum of 30 calendar days, after which you must register the program with Encode Team or remove the software from your computer. Single user registration fee will license one copy of Reminder for use on a single computer. Site and corporate licenses are also available.
You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered shareware. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this agreement.
The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or change in any way Encode Team software and products.
Encode Team name and any logo or graphics file that represents our software may not be used in any way to promote other products. All parts of Encode Team software and products are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program. If you wish to distribute Reminder, alone, as part of a package, or in any publication, and receive any type of remuneration, you must contact Encode Team for authorization and terms.
The evaluator/user/buyer/owner of Encode Team software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Encode Team against lawsuits, claims and costs associated with defense or accusations that result from the use of Encode Team software.
Reminder is supplied "as is". Encode Team assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our products. Our entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the software (maximum being the suggested retail price as listed by Encode Team) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of ownership from the customer back to Encode Team.
Each registered copy of the Encode Team software may be used in only one single location by one user. Use of the software means that you have loaded the program and run it or have installed the program onto a computer. An additional payment is required for each use of Reminder on another personal computer or workstation.
You may make one copy of the registered software for backup purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself uses Encode Team' software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times, then this agreement is being violated!
The sale or distribution of registered copies of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of registered copies of Encode Team software products.
